Army set to expand use of new digital HR and talent-management system

The U.S. Army announced that the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army – the Army’s top human-resources modernization effort – is now available for Soldiers from all three components (active-duty, Army Reserve and Army National Guard) on Jan. 17, 2023. IPPS-A capabilities will enhance financial stability and readiness for Soldiers and their families and will offer meaningful improvements over the previously used legacy HR systems.
