Thank you for encouraging your Leaders to learn the system and provide us with their feedback. I want to provide you with some updates, guidance, and resources. However, simply knowing this information is not enough. I implore you to share this information with everyone in your units.
Self-Service Homepage
We heard your feedback about the Self-Service page updates, particularly the CAC photos on the Person Details Tile.
Please inform your Soldiers that the Pay-Absences-Incent-Ded (PAID) Tile has returned to the homepage, and our team will correct the remaining issues in an upcoming release.
In the meantime, Members can find whatever Self-Service functions they need (e.g., Personnel Actions Requests (PARs), Soldier Movement, Soldier Profile, etc.), using IPPS-A's search field.
This is why we appreciate the feedback from the field. It is so critical to this system and program. Your insight is making a difference and greatly appreciated.
Leader’s Dashboard Reports
A new and improved Reports feature is coming soon to the Leader's Dashboard. This new feature will give Senior Leaders and HR Pros more control and flexibility than ever before to:
- Create highly customized reports
- Organize them however you want
- Save your favorites for quick and easy access
- Share with your team with just one click

Record Updates
Reminder that Board Files have moved to the Army Selection Board System (ASBS) 2.0. This system allows Members to view and update their records in the “My Board File” found here:
https://mbf.hrc.army.mil/. Make sure you check with your S1 for the latest details and guidance.
We are aware that Members have expressed concerns that their Assignment History on their Soldier Talent Profile (STP) does not reflect their current role. Please communicate that this does not negatively affect members going before the board. It is important to know that only the Soldier’s current assignment reflects in ASBS 2.0. All other assignment information is derived from previous evaluations.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Resources
Approximately 28,000 HR Open/Hold cases have been sitting in CRM for over 30 days; this includes about 18,000 not yet assigned to a member of that HR Provider Group. About 1,150 IT Open/Hold cases have been sitting in CRM with about 130 not yet assigned to an IT Provider Group Member for resolution.
Every single one of these cases represents a Soldier waiting for action on their pay or support request. Remember, behind every case is a Soldier.
