I wanted to provide you with an update on current issues that have occurred since the system upgrade.
Thank you for your patience as we worked with developers to identify the source of the issues. Reports from the field have helped tremendously to narrow down the cause. Over the weekend we will implement a patch that will remove all custom homepages from user accounts.
User personalizations will be temporarily disabled while a permanent solution is being tested and developed. User customization has always been and will continue to be a desired feature to ensure the system supports you in your unique mission.
For the time being, please use our favorites and recently viewed features to increase expedience when navigating to your most used tiles, while we will work to bring personalization back online as soon as practicable.
